Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. NC law requires committees to report the name, mailing address, job title and name of employer's specific filed for each individual whose contribution aggregate is in excess of $50 in an election. NC law prohibits the solicitation of lobbyists, corporation and foreign nationals. Contributions must be from individuals and may not exceed $5,200 per election.
